Co-operative Education gives you an opportunity to work outside the school while earning credits. Co-op allows students to explore a career of interest, develop job skills, obtain career-related practical experience, gather references for a resume and develop attitudes necessary for success in the workplace.

Co-operative Education is available for Grade 11 and/or Grade 12 students and may be taken as a 2 (half day) or 4 credit (full day) package. Students may count up to two co-operative education credits towards the 18 compulsory credits needed for a high school diploma. Cost of transportation to the work placement is the student’s responsibility. For further information regarding placements and related subjects contact the Head of Co-operative Education.
